2 USM football players declared ineligible

HATTIESBURG — Fullback Cole Mason and wide receiver Tavarres Williams are academically ineligible and will not play football this season for Southern Miss, coach Jeff Bower said following practice today.
Mason, a sophomore from Parish, Ala., played in eight games last season and scored four touchdowns, tied for the team lead in rushing TDs. He was expected to be the Golden Eagles starting fullback in two-back sets and the No. 3 tailback.
Williams, a junior from Palatka, Fla., was among the Golden Eagles’ top six receivers. He caught 15 passes for 157 yards last season and was expected to battle for a starting position this fall.

Don't worry about my buzzards there Money. We just keep having winning seasons and putting the pieces in place. I know the hoots and howls will come from the SEC crowd about how lowly our conference is. I don't really give a rats booty. I have NEVER seen anybody get assaulted, shot, stabbed, raped, or otherwise assaulted at a USM game or function. The same can't be said for my attendance at an SEC school.

IT don't make a damned bit of difference. USM can continue losing to all ranked opponents and winning enough Conf USA games to go to the annual "Blue Turf" Bowl in in "Freeze My booty Off", Idaho even with intramural players.

Me either...just diverting some of the attention from State-ole miss, because if some of these boys on here don't shoot something or get a piece of booty real soon, they gonna pop.

You are correct...I've been shot and stabbed many times, but I keep coming back for more.

Boyzz, ya'll spend an awful lot of time worrying 'bout a school that is supposed to be second rate, in an inferior conference, and always to be beneath Ole Miss and State. That tells me we're doing something right. I'm sorry Money you 'bout put me half to sleep with your ramblings above.
