JUST RECEIVED WORD FROM MY ATTORNEY THAT THE GRACIOUS FARMER WHOM I WAS BUYING THE FORECLOSED FARM ON FILED CHAPTER 13......FORGET THAT HE OWES A TON IN BACK PAYMENTS......I AM NOW THE PROUD NON OWNER OF 1700 ACRES OF PARADISE IN THE DELTA....I MUST BE LIVIN WRONG

sorry to hear that Greenhead, there are so many loop-holes it makes you sick...
does that mean if i fall behind on the Shack and Barn, i can Keep It ??????? i always found that if you want something bad enough, it is easy to pay for... i like to look at the big picture and think that i will leave a duckin hole for my daughters and grands... they will someday look at the Quack-Shack and say, "how in the world did he do it?"

I'm no expert, but if can't come up with the necessary $$$ to get caught up, all this did was buy him some time.

If you really got your heart set on the property, find his attorney and stay as informed as legally possible.

Most farm land is controlled by folks either in bankruptcy, just out of it, or headed to it. The rest is controlled by insurance compaines who wish somebody new would come along to start the road to bankruptcy. Some of it is actually owned by the people who live and farm it, and those are the only ones making any money nowadays in it. There stuff aint for sale, cause they know if they can make it now, it can't get any worst. travis
