Jeff sold this house and closed on it last week to my understanding. The house sits aprox 3 miles from a clinton fire department and the city limit sign is less than 10 yards from his subdivision in clinton. they had to wait for a volunteer fire department to come from pocahontas just to put the fire out. This is a 3 million dollar crib:

an investment group from Utah just bought it a couple of months ago. Clinton anexed this area bout 2 years ago and a man that lived in the anexed part of the city started a petition.... long story short.. Brantley's neigborhood doesnt get city fire protection anymore so the Pocahontas Volunteer Fire dept. had to come
