Is it at the outdoors festival? Does anyone know the dates?

I believe it starts after you have gotten up at one am (if you slept at all), drove one and one half hours, motored another thirty minutes, crossed two beaver dams, threw out three dozen decoys, put out the ro(oops won't even go there)loaded your gun, got the dog still, got comfy in the blind and three minutes before legal shooting hours begin three other late starters motor in on you set up less than seventy yards throw out the dekes flare four large groups of mallards while laughing and banging everything imaginable inside their boats

IT'S AUGUST 3 AT THE EXTRAVAGANZA IN JACKSON,

Both the Mississippi State and the Mississippi Regoinal duck calling contests will be held at the Trademark Building on Saturday August 3 at the Wildlife Extravaganza.

Hey are you going to blow in the contest in jackson this year.

Yes, It sure would be nice to win the thing this year. Stranger things have happened before. There is always stiff competion in the Mississippi. In February I drove to South Carolina and competed in the Swamp Fox Regional, squalked my first note, other than that one sour note, I blew a good routine. The 11 hour drive back wasn't much fun. Hope to see you in Jackson.
