I just took some pictures of my only son Drake and had to post them!!!

Some of you have asked about puppies out of Slim so here is a picture of one - the most handsome dog I have ever seen (I'm not biased at all, of course)

He is one year and 4 months old and a little over 85 pounds (still a puppy). But, he is wonderfully behaved. He is a pretty calm dog, but he really has some drive when it comes to retrieving. We have been training, and hopefully I will meet some of you at hunt tests this fall.

You gotta love those chocolates! I got a 4 year old that just loves to duck hunt! He has made me so great puppies. I got a black pic of his first litter that will start his senior run this fall!

I also have a Slim puppy that is 13 months old. Chief is out of a Master Hunter female from Virginia. Chief also got his Junior hunter title at Ponchatrain,La and Bootheal,Mo. at 10 months. He should be a Senior Hunter by this fall. He is a marking fool with one speed, wide open. If you are in the market for a great retriever, a Slim puppy out of a good female is the way to go. Nice looking dog!!! I have a chocolate female and I just love her. She is 2 years old and is my first lab. I trained her myself and I know that there are somethings I have done wrong, but so far she has been a lot of help on hunts. I am thinking that I might try her at pheasant hunting this fall.
