I also heard that Lea might be in the weekend rotation this weekend so that may be the reason help please!

u gotta give clevend a break alil, although he did give it up, that was the longest outing of this year for him and im pretty sure the longest of his career, and he really didnt get into a jam unto he had two outs in the eighth when he started leavin the $#!+ up........and to think, the guy that hit the bomb to tie it up was a mississippi boy, and u know it had to have been a bomb when oh jim said on the radio, and here comes the pitch(crack of the bat in the background) and this ball game is gonna be tied......

I'm just glad that LaNinfa and Jones came through big time in the 9th.
Polk has always wanted his pitchers to have that fighter mentality, the ability to fight through adversity and get out of the inning. That's Ron's trademark stance on pitchers in trouble. I don't see Cleveland being a closer for the rest of the season so he's trying him out as a long reliever to see how long he can go.
As for Lea, possible sickness or injury last night, haven't heard any updates.

You aren't telling me nothing I dont know. Lea left the game b/c of sholder pains but he is suppose to get the Sunday Start, and its being rummored that Crosby might take the mound on Sat.

Crosby can't even dominate during the midweek, won't see the mound no time soon in a sec game.
He's lost some velocity and movement that he had last season.

Chad Crosswhite gets the start tonight in place of Crosby. I don't know if he's made the switch because of Crosby's stuggles lately or if he's saving him for the weekend. If Crosby didn't start I would've thought that Trent Hill would've gotten the nod.
