basketball was not really anything to brag on and Vandy beat yall's tails out the gym this season, can't remember but it was bad!

Yes, Ole Miss sucked this year in football and basketball. And, while there is a lot of baseball left to play, things are not looking too rosy in baseball either. But, when things turn around, and they always do, I will not be comparing UM to Vandy as any measure of success.

im not tryin to make a point..........just offseason talks, like all other 5000 people do on here...........

i will say this..... texas is 15-10 at the moment and didn't lose nearly as much as we did.... we're 12-8, heck, it could be alot worse considering our top 4 starters were drafted, 2 of the more potent offensive weapons in the SEC, one of the top 3 defensive catchers in the SEC, and our starting centerfielder and secondbaseman (another top notch player).

not to mention that ya do have one hell of a left side of an infield right now too...........

stating the obvious with the intent to irritate is not analysis or making a point ---- its called "flaming" ---something we all did when we were back in elementary school

Did not really need to get in this conversation, but in response to Bulldogs coming out of their shells, there is really nothing (yet) to come out about. We have a very good baseball team not unlike several other schools in the SEC. Bama, FL, USC, TN, ARK, and LSU are all going to win a bunch of ballgames. UM will field good teams in the future, but have aways to go to be mentioned as a yearly top baseball program. As far as basketball, UM would switch with MSU's program I am sure. I thought this past MSU team did alot with what they had and will be very good soon. Football.......just stinks, nothing more to be said until something changes. Jackie did well for awhile, people were excited, we went to Atlanta, beat some good teams regularly. Going to be a long time before we see that again I believe.

well put SWAG and if I must saw everybody has a good team in the SEC when it comes to baseball, IF they dont show it early then they will later own in the season.

All that talent at Ole Miss last year....and they won NOTHING!
