Killin' ducks

Is anyone killing ducks in northwest ms?

I don't know what you consider NW, but we have done well around Crowder and a friend of mine has done well near the Helena bridge. Both of these are private.

killin a few in tunica mostly spoons and teal big ducks seem to have left with the strong south winds

Didn't do so well at private field next to O'keffe on Saturday(1/6) 2 shovelers and two widgeons. Then we basically got skunked at Tunica Cutoff that afternoon. I may try the cutoff again tommorrow morning if I can get my buddy talked in to it, I'll let you know how we do if we go.

Desota, I hunted near Crowder this weekend. Friday-killed 19(4 hunters),
sat-killed 6(4 hunters), tues-killed 13(3 hunters). For whatever reason (probably ice) they were not flying Sat. If you get a chance, give it another try this weekend.

we've killed right at 500 ducks so far this season around the sledge area of MS.. but it has gotten a little slower here the past week or so..

How about the Greenville and Leland areas. Coming down in about a week to hunt with a guide in Leland.

Thats over a three day period and believe it or not all killed on public water

we have had the best season we have had in years, but we are among the few with water..... hunting tunica county

Might as well give dchunter the gps cords and why your at it put him up for the night and take him to the hole and come pick him up when he's fininshed.
