Hey 4 eye...do you deal solely in selling land or do you have connections for hunting clubs/leases also?

I am looking for a DEER club to get into that has an existing deer management program in order. I am looking for a place that i can take my 3 yr old daughter with me to sit in a stand and look at deer. I am a hunter safety course certified instructor. I am NOT a person that goes to deer camp to get drunk and rowdy and party and not HUNT. I would prefer a club like this and money isn't that much of an issue. I am looking for something in the northern part of the state no lower than a line running east/west through grenada. thanks. DD

Jesse, The best hunting in gayden brake is locked up by a doctor smith out of greenwood. He owns the open area on the southern tip. there are a couple of 80 - 160 acre pieces through out the brake owned by duck clubs, but they aint nothing like his. IF his is the piece that is up for slae, there would be a line of folks a mile long waiting for it and you could get yourself a real nice commission. There are some pieces for sale around it, but they don't have anywhere close to the same quality hunting. Marginal at best. There is some guy who owns a pawn shop in greenwood that has a hole that can pull in some ducks that his sons hunt, and if that hole is for sale it would be good as well, but I doubt it is what you are looking at.

Jesse, what ever you do, do not post on the classifieds. You will berated for it. Check the classifieds. All I succeeded in doing was starting a big pi$$ing contest. Call me, it's getting about time to pickup a frog or two.
