Mount Cost??
I've never had a duck mounted before, but I killed a beautiful pintail this morning and was wondering about how much a standard mount cost? Also, any ideas on a good duck taxidermist around Madison County?

I believe I paid $175 for my pintail a few years ago. The guy I used is up here around Tupelo so not much help to you.

You were suppose to come by and show me that duck, i am still waiting. Give me a call when you get a chance.
Heck, he brought by my house, let me look at, told me all about the kill, and then stored it in my freezer.
The kicker is he still hasn't taken me on a hunt. I just get to look at the death and destruction and keep it in my freezer

There was a taxidermist in Cleveland that was very low on price compared to other taxidermist. He did good work. I can't remember his name. Back in 96 he was doing duck mounts for around $80. Anyone know who I'm talking about?

If it is important to you use a good taxidermist. Price almost equals quality. Pat Pitt in Olive Branch is great and decently priced somehow.
Sound familiar?
