All I can offer is advice....Have a professional boat dealer that sells them put it on! That is one good reason to buy it from a boat dealer!

AMEN Bass Pro Shop sold me mine and put it on well worth every penny. 100 pieces and one paragraph worth of instructions if you know what I mean.

My hunting buddy and I just got a 16 ft. boat and are in need of an Avery blind. Any of you guys know where a dealership is. Thanx!

I built my own for less than $100...very similar to an avery, but mine is a lot beefier, and custom fit to every curve, nook and crannie (sp?) of my boat.

most of the "national" waterfowling forums have message boards on boats/blinds where you can find lots of plans for "clones" of Avery blinds. Also, look in most any copy of Wildfowl Magazine.

As stated, putting it on, is the hard part. I really took my time, watched the video, and CAREFULLY followed the directions, and I had no problems. BUT I know three other guys who "slapped" it on there, and they now have a piece of crap that doesn't work properly. Consider a dealer install, unless you're good at that kind of stuff....
