Holiday snack (easy)

Postby Dutch Dog » Thu Dec 22, 2005 11:22 am

Go to your local supermarket or Wally world and pick up some of that "almond bark", some smooth peanut butter, and ritz crackers. Melt the almond bark....not sure why they call it almond bark...it's simply chocolate that you melt down. Any way...melt the almond bark in the microwave...smear a large dab of smooth peanut butter between 2 ritz crackers, and dip in the chocolate with some sort of tongs. Place the dipped cracker/peanut butter on some wax paper and allow to cool. Once cooled down they are pretty good...and very easy to make. They can be given as gifts if you desire...they make nice, cheap, easy gifts.

That sounds like a concoction that would cause me to have to shuck waders.
