TUNICA RIVERGATE FESTIVAL

The 10th Annual Tunica Rivergate Festival starts today. It will run thru Saturday night. The main attraction to some of us will be Crawfish Alley. Crawfish Alley has been totally remodeled and is worth the trip to see. We will have 3000 lbs. of crawfish, 100 slabs of ribs, and 300+ BBQ sandwiches. All money raised goes to our school. About 20 of us have put a LOT of work and effort into this and would appreciate you coming and joining us. This is a family event. There will be rides, arts and crafts, lots of TOP NOTCH competition cookers and teams, live bands and lots of entertainment. It will be held in downtown Tunica in the Rivergate Park. Crawfish Alley is on the east side of the park behind the Tunica Cleaners. Look for the signs. P.S. Redhead, Delta Duck, Harley, Will McLean and a few others will tell you my BBQ is worth the trip. We will have the trophy we won with the BBQ last year to prove it!!!

Cant get there before 9:00? will it be worth the drive?

I will have to admit DU4U's BBQ is pretty darn good, and the gumbo might be even better! We all know that the good cooks are the ones that cant kill any ducks therefore spending all their time in the kitchen...... [img]images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]
