Question for the game wardens

I'll be hunting in Arkansas and Mississippi. Which license do I need to put the federal stamp on? Basically I don't want a warden in Arkie giving me a hard time because I put my federal stamp on my MS license or vice versa. Are you guys that picky or does it matter as long as it's signed. Anything else I need to have straight for both states so I don't get a ticket from one of you guys?

The Federal Migratory Bird Hunting Stamp Act (16 USC 718a) requires a hunter to carry on his person an unexpired "duck stamp", validated by his signature written by himself in ink across the face of the stamp prior to taking any migratory waterfowl. There is no requirement to attach the federal duck stamp - it just needs to be signed by the hunter. This prevents a "loaner" or "floating" stamp being used by numerous hunters.
So, it's your choice - if you want to attach your federal duck stamp to a licence, attach it to whichever license you like.
Hope this was helpful -

Yep, what he said! Doesn't have to be affixed to either one. I was thinking though, if two folks had the same initials they could swap a stamp back and forth all they wanted and no one would ever know. For example, Bob Johnson and Bill Johnson. Now, before you get your panties in a wad, mine is affixed to my TN license and signed accordingly.....
