I am a little confussed on the jury selection for this case. How does a black male get a 100% black jury? And get charged for 9 of 10 crimes he was being tried for. The 10th crime happened to be the actual murder of the boy. Had the entire case been Vis' Versa the jury would have been re-selected. Maybe Judge can help clear this up.

It's called racism! It is a shame but many blacks will not vote against another black.
If it had been two black teens and two white killers(Let's call them what they are) and an all black jury it would have been death penality, with the jury returning in 20 min. If it had been all white jury it would have been death penality with a 2 hour deliberation. The evidence was there guilty 9-10 charges, I guess after all the abuse the teen took he just died naturaly????

If I would have been that girls daddy, there would not have been a trial, except for maybe mine. I do belive they would still be looking for him. Black or white anyone who could do what he did, does not deserve to live.

Sad thing is he will be up for parole in 5-10 yrs. Some times I wonder about our judicial system, no offense Judge, I think that there are to many lawyers that do not know there a** from a hole in the ground. It is attorneys like that that give the decent ones a bad rep.

I was the ICU nurse taking care of both the girl and her boyfriend after they were beaten by Culp. That was the most horrible beating I've ever seen. The girl woke up ok (relatively) after a couple of days in a coma, and the boy died after a few days, and we transplanted his organs. They were from Texas if I remember right. They ran away from home and were hitch-hiking when Culp picked them up, and beat both of them and left them in a ditch where they were found by EMS. He had been charged (and released) from charges of beating an old lady to death about a year earlier. The guy should be put away forever, and that jury is a joke.

coahoma counties jury selection is an fn joke to. last year 2 burrheads robbed my cousins store. shot his 5 year old son in the rearend, shot a black lady customer,shot him in the arm twice and caused him to lose use of it. shot his wife twice and killed her. $62 dollars. i was the first to arrive on the scene so i got to see the hole mess.during the interrogation they said "we tried to kill all them mfer's". they even bragged to a guy that worked with my brother about shootin 3 crackers. 6 black and 4 white jurors were split 5 and 5 on the death penalty.same bull happened to a family in quitman county only they raped and tortured the wife, daughter and son while the father was forced to look on.them @$#%$# haven't been fried either. i call it reverse descrimination. i have 4 labs, they wake me up at night to an intruder and me and mr.winchester are going to do the taxpayers a favor and take out some trash. This happened in Durant didn't it or Holmes County. I got a good buddy that I grew up with whose dad is still lives (or did) in Durant. I asked him how he was doing and he told me his dad was gonna move to Tenn. Said he is tired of blacks breaking into his business every week and just the all around hassle of them. Now I hope he moves just to save his life. The people of that county have proved that a black person can kill a white person and will be let off. I know I will never stop in Durant again and I hope all you do the same.

I know the two kids well. I saw them several times in the hospital. Culp should fry. Or hang from a tall tree with a short piece of rope. I think this Culp trash was tied up in some illeagal affairs a few years before he raped and killed. He is subhuman trash and is not fit to live, period.
