Open letter to DU members, etc...

Did anyone else get a February 8, 2002 open letter from the Southern Regional office of Ducks Unlimited? The letter addresses the "feeding" rumor and the myth that DU is taking steps to hurt the hunters...hopefully, this information will clear some of the apparent confusion over DU's position!

I got mine yesterday. Had done received an advance copy of emailed a couple weeks ago. Glad to see DU has finally responded. Their position in the past when we discussed this was these claims were so far out in left field they weren't even going to acknowledge them. I've duck hunted over 40 years and this was by far the worst season I've seen. But on the flip side I hunted with DU RD's from Michigan, Maryland, Florida and Colorado this year and they had some of the best hunting they have ever seen, exc. Florida. It all has to do with weather. Duh?
Can't imagine anyone thinking different.

Isn't Tallahatchie county where Webb, MS is at.
