We use Franks Original Cayenne Hot Sauce, but when we really wanna turn up the heat we sprinkle on a little of the ole home made Habanero pepper flakes. We got some awesome people up here(farmers) that market a Habnero Jelly,,,this stuff is addicting.
Put it on some Ritz crackers with cream cheese and you can't stop. Now this is only for the real heat eaters, not for the faint of heart!!

I was a Tabasco and LA hot sauce fan, sometimes Crystal for years. This past summer my brother turned me on to Franks. Its not nearly as hot, but very tasty. Even my "whimpy wife" likes it. Its a good alternative if you have to cook for those with "whimpy tastebuds".

I still only use Tabasco to cook with.

I normally like La. Hot Sauce but a couple of years ago a guy got me to try something called "Ass in Space" and another one called "Devil's Revenge". You can't just douce these on like most sauces but for cooking it is very economical. Only takes about two drops to season a whole pot of whatever you are cooking. Both are just liquified Habenero mixed with a little tomato sauce for consistency and i think one also has chili peppers also.

Crystal Extra Hot or Franks. My dad loved Franks, ate it on almost everything.

I'm a LA Hot Sauce man, but I also like the Jamaican Jerk Sauce in the glass bottle. It has got some big kick to it, and is mighty fine.

I like to grill my duck breast (wrapped in Bacon of course) with some John Boy & Billy's sauce and then dip it in Tiger sauce.
