Mardi Gras Anyone?

Well boys and girls, it is that time of the year. The city is full of wild people. I think that a lot of them are over flowing into Sldell (we are only 30 miles from down town). If any of you need a place to stay, come on down. I will even take you down there if you have a good duck hole to hunt next winter. Judge, you need to come down for a few days and we will do the town. It would be good to have a judge around if we got into any trouble. Jack

are you kiddin..... i went to the French Quarters last year in July on a Wed. nite and had too much fun then....haha... i can't imagine during Mardi Gras.... you young fellows get in there and have fun. i will go on SENIORS nite....haha..... i had a blast last year and will be back this july....

Some may think it was not a good idea, but wife and I introduced our almost 4 year old to the MidCity parade, first on St Charles, then later on Canal. He had a blast. He wasn't exposed to much bad stuff, but we did have a couple of close calls later as we crossed Bourbon! He decided not to test our luck with Bachus.
I will remind her of it next season when she says he is too young for a duck hunting trip.
