Duck huntin' was tough up here, we got a couple good pushes and had some good days but sure wasn't like it shoulda been.
Kinda sounded like thats the way it was everywhere, weather didn't cooperate.
I live on the Miss river near St.Louis and we hunt the river for everything and the resevoirs for mallards. Start up in Wisconsin in Sept. and end up in southern Illinios done on Jan5th. Already fired up for next season!! Sept 1st is early teal season and early goose season...so won't be long!!
