This thig was walking around my bird feeder, so i chased it down ( dern them things are fast ) . I caught it for my kids to play with , but what is it?

He's got some of dem friggin peckerwoods outta arkansas too. He's been waiting 20 years to get ahold of them though.

Don't know what it is, but they are hard to hit past 250 yards, to many feathers, not enough body.
