This duck season has been about the same as breakin' to break up with a woman. Just when you think you can't take it anymore, you just have to go back to make sure.

Yea, the duck hunting has kinda been like a fat girl. You swear you'll never do it again and that it was the last time. Then the next weekend your back in the same boat. Hey I guess fat girls need loving too.

Went to the camp to clean out my stuff Saturday. Several of my compadres were sitting around driking a coll one. I asked if they did any good. Naw just a few bluebills. They said but, XXXX XXXX (to remain nameless) "shot a wood duck hen". Awful proud of it go look at it. I go around to the front porch. What is laying their a hen alright, a hen spoonbill. I asked them if they told him, they said naww, let him enjoy it [img]images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]
