that is funny you mentioned that b/c i was just thinking how Tom is big into that Scientology... have any of you guys read what scientology is all about.. remember the commercial with the volcanoe by L. Ron Hubbard... take some time and read about it... Kirstie Ally is big into it too.. its is the weirdest chit you've ever seen..

I totally agree, he's all over that scientology crap. If you really study it and are not a complete dumbass (think Cruise) you quickly realize that it's total BS. He's been studying this stuff for 4 months and all of a sudden he's saving the world with it. He got all over the Today Show guy's asss because he was talking about ADD. He said he "knew" the history behind psychology... dude, reading one book on psychology does not make you an expert. He said Ridilin and Aderrall just masks the ADD problem. Well Mr. Cruise, it's the best we've got at this point. He might as well say the lithium "masks" a bi-polar problem. No it doesn't, stupid, it HELPS (no, I'm not picking on Benny just making a point). And another thing that pisses me off, EVERY TIME he finds a new girl he talks about how he loves her so much and he's never felt this way. He goes on Oprah ands stands on the couch and proclaims his love on national tv. Hey Katie Holmes: he did the same chit to for the last hooch he decided he loved. How'd that turn out for her... not good as I remember. I'd like to kick this guy right in the balls.

Aw, come on, guys! What do you expect? These people make a living pretending to be someone they aren't and be good enough at it that we are willing to pay them bugillions of dollars to do it. Then, they live in a make-believe world with other of the same ilk. Then we are surprised to know that they don't have a freaking clue about who they really are and what they really believe.

Hey, if I pretended to be someone else for a living, rarely did anyone know the difference between who I am in the movies and who I really am, I live in a world populated with people who are just like me and pretend to be someone else all the time, people treat me like royalty because I am good about being someone other than who I really am...I'd probably be bit confused about real life issues for real life folks, too.

Why would you expect them to have a real faith when they can make a pretend religion up and pretend it's real and have so much more fun?
