what a wasp nest....PANTHER SIGHTING.....

Postby walt333ms » Thu Jun 23, 2005 1:31 pm

DID NOT MEAN TO STIR UP SUCH A "WASP NEST"......

THE ONLY REASON I MADE THE SECOND POST WAS TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT EVEN IF YOU HAVE POSITIVE PROOF OF A BIG CAT.....

YOU MIGHT NOT WANT TO LET IT OUT......

AND AS IN EVERYTHING ELSE IN OUR COUNTRY....
WE EACH HAVE THE RIGHT TO AGREE OR DISAGREE.......
AND I FOR ONE, WOULD FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT TO DISAGREE...

SO... PLEASE EVERYONE REMEMBER ...KEEP YOUR POST TO THE QUESTION..INFO...SUBJECT AT HAND....FOR SOME REASON WE AS A GROUP SEAM TO GET OFF CENTER SOMETIMES.....

TAKE CARE

HUNT OVER AROUND MAHANNA, DELTA NATIONAL,VALLEY PARK, BELZONI, ISOLA, BENTON, EDWARDS,FITLER,

AND ANY WHERE ELSE THE DOG TELLS ME TO GO,.....

Until someone has the balls to shoot one, accept the $10,000 fine and 3-5 yrs in the federal pen, no one in the wildlife dept will admit that they are in MS.

I could swear I saw an old pic while surfing, of a panther that was killed by hunters in the 30's or 40's. Ive since tried ta find that pic again and couldnt. The legend continues....Also a side note...did y'all know the deer herd was under 8,000 at about the same time? Very interesting.... 8) Y'all have a nice day! 8) P.S....If ya say you saw one...Ill belive ya

What amazes me is that there are people who can't see the forest for the trees. I don't know about panthers in Mississippi but I know there are some dang big cats of some kind. Put out your trail camera and maybe you'll be lucky enough to find one like this too.

yeah there is no such thing as a big cat in Mississippi.

What's really amazing is the home range of a panther. They've radio collared big cats out west and found them months later a state or two over.
