How many years experience?

Just wondering how many veterans we have here and how many ametures (like myself)are using this sight..may be interesting to tally up the total years when everyone replys....

This makes 1 year for me.

25 years. However, some years (like this one) felt more like birdwatching than duck hunting.

I have hunted ducks for the last 29 years, but on a hard-core basis for only 25.

35 yrs and still having a hard time. Hunting in Alabama for most of those years has meant fewer ducks for the most part.

33 years, I thought that I would have figued them out by now.

I too now live in Al, originally from Mo. Tough to shoot one down here, been going back to southern Mo for serious hunting. It's still fun.

I have been hunting for 10 years. I am still trying to learn how to blow a duck call. I hunted exclusively with my father and he always told me my duck call sounded a whole lot better in my coat pocket. He drowned in Feb. of '98 on the lake we always hunted and this is my first year back chasing our feathered friends. It has been a real tough year for me all the way around. But you know what, just being back in the blind has done me a whole lot of good, even if the birds did not always want to cooperate. Maybe next year I can even get back to a couple of OUR honey holes. Thanks guys.

Been hooked on ducks ever since my first hunt back in January, 1981. I'll bet that I have been at least every weekend since that time, if not more. I'm sure that I learn something new each season.
