870 wingmaster

Guys,
I need to find a 28" modified barrel for an 870 wingmaster. I think that remington quit making these and will only sell you the barrels with screw in chokes, but this is not what I want. I would like to find an original barrel because this gun was handed down and that was what I was used to and could shoot the best. If any of you could help me out I would appreciate it. I got a friend of mine that works at the mean mallard to look for one and he said that his suppliers did not have them either, so I may just be out of luck.....

If'n you got a buddy in the gun business ask him for a copy of the "Shotgun News" its basically a huge magazine of classified adds from individuals and dealers. If they dont sell it you probably cant get it! (you may try a search and see if they have a website)

go to Barnes/Noble,Books-a-Million-but-not-on-hunting or a similar big bookstore and get a copy of "The Gun List" newspaper, or if not available, get "Shotgun News." They will have every gun part you can imagine listed, and some you can't imagine.
