me and dukbum took a girl turkey hunting this morning and let me begin by saying if we got on your land we are sorry she seemed to forget where all of there 5000 acres were, with that taken care of we started our voyage at 5:15 and heard one gobble early but of course she didnt know her woods like she had previously stated so we left that spot and went to another on of the spots and 6:05 again the gobbling began so we made sure she it was her property and off we went got the dekes out and setup only to hear mister gobble alot drumming and next thing maybe thirty yards out he let a gobble rip and comenced to hauling asssss across the front of us through some thick stuff only to stop 10 yards and i mean no more than 10 yards in front of the girl that we had taken dukbum tells her shoot shoot shoot and then in the background a hen begins her stuff and the gobbler couldnt pass her up after this is all over we ask WHY didnt you shoot and she said i thougt it was a hen well i guess we all have to learn sometimes will finsh the story later

yup...dat was it 10 yards at the most could have shot myself but my gun wuz across my lap and did not have time to put it up....it happened so fast i barely got my mask on!

after the all of the "WUT-DA-F---'S" and "WUT WERE YOU THINKEN?" stuff we went down the road to find sum more of here land we heard 4 or 5 more gobble but did not go after because she did not know here boundery lines that well i tell ya if you are a veteran turkey hunter or turkey hunten is your passion you know its hard to leave gobbleing turkeys in the woods....all i can say is my heart is still beating like crazy from this morning and we got one fired up new turkey hunter among us now hope to be back out there soon to bring one to rest for our new turkey hunter
