Thought some of you guys that went to MSU would like to know that the Landing burned down this weekend. Man, I had alot of good times in that place. One of the coolers had a electric short and caught fire. There is hardley anything left.

Please excuse me while I cry.................
I can remember in the early 90's buying cases of miller beer there for $8. It would be high life in a can - the stuff no one would drink and they couldn't sell. I don't even know why they had it. I think it was a good ole boy deal. My roommate knew a guy that worked there.

RIP The Landing!!! I think thats got to rank right up there with Flo's as trajic losses in the Golden Triangle!

Where was the landing? Anywhere out near where Crossroads, LinLou's, and the Triangle Club used to be back in the day?

Crow, it was about a mile north of the Crossroads on 45 alt.
I dated a girl for a while that worked there around 96-97. Got many a beer "on the house".

Crow, it is right across the street from where LinLous was. Man thats old school stuff, Lin Lous! My dad use to hang out there. There is a strip club at that location know.

The Triangle was across the road in the early 70's. GDI's went to LinLou's, greeks went to the Triangle. Me, I was a tweener! I went wherever the women's said to go! Loved those fried dill pickles at LinLou's though!

I have just been informed that the Triangle was indeed The landing at one time. Do any of yall know the real name for the Landing! I do.

Now do y'all really believe that the landing burning was an accident?? I don't know that if it was or not, but whoever compared the Landing to Flo's is crazy. Those two places were night and day. Flo's burned down by
accident also
