Got into a lot of ducks Sunday A.M. in terrible weather conditions. Three of us scratched out a dozen ducks in central delta timber. Would have been easy 18 bird limit in sunshine like today. Heard adout limits killed in Tchula area, Drew, Belzoni, Isola,Valley Park and as far south as Rodney, near Natchez. Friend in Georgetown on Pearl River even killed mallards and wood ducks over the week-end. Deer club member in Martinsville area south of Hazlehurst said slough loaded with mallards this morning. Maybe last three weeks will make up for first five. Good hunting!

Hey Captain. Seeing some new ducks here in the Delta, but oddly enough, they seem to be on the North and South ends of the Delta respectively. Have had a couple good hunts around Valley Park and have heard some good reports concerning Tallahatchie County and North. Ain't a handful of ducks here in the central delta! Waiting for em tho. Thinkin they are gonna show their big green hammer heads around Jan 30th or so.
