Glad you got at least one class that's interesting. Wish I could go back and take only the classes I want to take!

Just to keep the pot stirred and keep your classes entertaining, please ask your guy if he can prove that ANY of what the two of you agreed upon is true, and how can you/he prove it, or are those just theories?
He might want to spend some time discussing (for the classes' benefit) the difference between facts, empirical data and theories.

Too bad nobody believed the tower of babble guy; that was definitely where languages were split. Cain was also marked when he killed Abel. Some folks think that may be where "race" started.
Anyway, I think Adam and Eve looked like Iraqis. Mesopotamia was where it all began, was it not? But you got a good idea about the equator thing, Benny.
Hey, but we all know college professors know EVERYTHING. No way they could be wrong.
Just like that TLC show on Noah the other night...the title: Noah's Ark: The True Story. Seems they found river-deposited soil up on the side of some mountain in Iraq, but they don't believe alot of other bibilical stuff about the Ark.
Yep, tv and folks with doctorate degrees have all the answers.

Sociology makes an excellent "double major" with business, education, and other majors. It will be useful to you when you enter the job market.
