Below the spillway was full last weekend. I stopped and the GW told me no fish were caught. Just folks getting restless to fish.

put the boat in at the spillway at about 3 AM saturday morning... already 2 boats in the trees... tried the catfish until about 4 AM when the boats starting piling in.. figured we'd better get us a decent spot.. by 4:30 they were lined up to put their boat in..... got light and crappie started bitin.. real slow though.. sat about 20 ft from a boat and watched them catch about 30 while were were able to catch only 4.. was absolutely embarrassing... slow slow slow.. saw a few boats catch some but over all was not good... they were just in the right spots... caught 31 kats.... water is right though, just weren't turned on..
