...and I ain't talking about the MS River! Man, I think it was 1973 since I saw this much water in the delta! Not quite that bad, but close! I'm back in GA, so the ducks can come on down, now. But, I'm coming back in a couple of weeks! I drove the delta for four days and I never did see any real concentrations; just too many places to hang out. On Friday, I did see more ducks flying in high over the Sunflower floodwater late in the PM ; thought they might be the leading edge of the invasion! Wingman, I came through Belzoni Thursday about noon and tried to call you. My cellphone couldn't get a signal and I couldn't find a pay phone that worked! Work on getting those things fixed would you!
Need some snow in the midwest worse than bad to get those buggers moving south! Oh, well...see ya'll on the 12th! Save a few for me...when they get there!

Don't worry Crow, there ain't nothing as of yet to save. Had a good bluebill shoot this past saturday! They were making kamikaze runs into the stiff north wind straight at my blind. I was shooting like "Tom" on the Benelli commercial!
Say, does anybody know how to cook a bluebill?

Lemee see...cooking a bluebill....Place the whole duck in about one quart of water along with a treated 2x4 about six inches long. Cook them until the 2x4 is tender; throw away the bluebill and eat the 2x4!
