Check out this mallard

The bottom one was taken by a friend of mine with me in Holmes Co. around the 1st of Jan. Ain't seen one look like this this time of year. Any ideas?

i saved it and downsized it on my computer. That is eithwer a cross or a heshe if you ask me. Does it have any wing patches?

Mallard drake that hatched in August-September (which means its more than likely a tag-along-tamie).
