Looks like I might have found the problem with the server. I seems that someone created a nifty little "worm" that exploits a Windows Internet Information Server security hole. The nasty little program degrades system performance and stability. Hopefully, we have the issue resolved.

Yep...that's the one that infected the server. eems like everything is OK since I applied the Microsoft patch to the server though.
