I am thinking of purchasing the Stealth 1200 or 2000 by Otter Outdoors. Do any of ya'll have any experience with these boats? How sturdy are they in and out of the water? How do they hold up??

I have had no experience with either of these myself. However, I've heard nothing but great things about them. Go to http://www.refugeforums.com and do a search, you will find a lot of info on them. I'm sure you'll get feedback here as well.

Depends on where you hunt, they are very useful. You can never have enough duck boats.

It's not so much where I hunt as to where I have room to store a boat. I can haul somthing like the Stealth into my basement. As to where I hunt it's anyplace I can walk or bum a ride(Welfareholes and some small beaver ponds in south MS). So I thought a small boat might let me get a little furher out or at lease help me carry my gear in flooded timber.

You would love the 1200. I ran into tuff times and had to let bill johnson have mine and he's tickled with it also.
