Here's some crap I've been making in the last bit of meandering.

I finally got over my fear of dough and started making some pretty kickin bread after a few tries.

Finally a hamburger bun big enough to put a slab of meat on....

The is a knockoff of McGuires Irish Pub black Irish honey bread. It makes for some excellent sandwich bread.
