Anybody going? Would love to be able to go but I've already had a shindig planned for a few months. Ticket may be hard to come by anyway.

Should be an interesting weekend. Southern has won pretty much all year including against State already. State has been good but have slowed down somewhat over the past few weeks. South Alabama has pretty decent team and UIC is supposed to have a stellar bullpen. Not sure who all they've played though. State and Southern may have their hands full on Friday.

Pretty sure their dozens of fans bought up the tickets pretty quick. Just feel like the Dogs are really limping to the finish line.

They packed out MGM park in Biloxi for the conference USA tournament, but I am sure many bought them to turn a profit.

Yea some of those folks are trying to put kids through college with some of the prices I've seen.

This is why people don't like these regionals at small stadiums. The schools get their chance to host and the home team doesn't allot any tickets for opposing teams and then the fans buy up all the tickets and try to scalp them at $100+ per ticket. No thanks. Yall can have "Cargo Shorts U" and the Burg. I'll watch at home and cook a steak.

Their fans are just happy they don't have to drive to BR to watch their other team this weekend.

So glad the Dawgs stuck it to the buzzards after that crap show the USM athletic office pulled. It is sad that the final game of the regional the stadium wasn't even packed.

The officiating in that regional was awful for both teams. Glad the Dawgs pulled it out in the end. That last game was a good one.

Awful no doubt. I was just waiting for something to go south for us as it seldom does being a dawg fan but they hung in there. Unreal what they continue to do. Just when you think it's time to put one behind the ear, they make you look foolish. Really interested to see what happens in Baton Rouge this weekend.

Usm has been getting the shaft for many years now so go a little easy. Msu would have done the same with tickets if their venue was the same size etc and ole miss was in their bracket.

State should give player of the game to usm center fielder who basically gave state the game with his error along with the cluster error that followed.

Glad usm coach gave em hell and got thrown out. Cannizzaro would have done the same. Some great sportsmanship post game from the eagles after a tough loss.

The sec is dominating baseball like never before this year and that is a fact. I hate lsu but dang they are tough but in baseball anything can happen. Just ask usm center fielder how a routine pop up can ruin your life
