To steal a quote from my buddy's Facebook page, is gonna be like watching Helen Keller and Stevie Wonder play a game of Madden NCAA Football.

Man I'm fired up.. Going to be a defensive stalemate most likely. That or a double banded satellite tote'n cross bred hybrid duck from Mars will fly in my blind with a gang of tang-a-ray and fat ass j and have a drink for me. Can't figure out which one is most likely to occur

I actually bought tickets for the egg bowl. Can't believe I wasted that money. And no way I'll be able to sell them for face value.
Guess I'll take my crew and go enjoy the mediocre bowl since it's the only one we will be attending this year.
Hail State!

Just when you think it can't get any worse.
I'll leave out the names and positions, but I saw a tweet from a former Reb defender when asked about the defense problems. He said it's not Wommack, just that the kids out there are too young and green. Named two starters and said they couldn't play dead in a cowboy movie.....

This was State's entire defense Saturday night. If they get 2-3 stops we have a chance but they couldn't even get one. Missed FG was the only "positive". Arky scored on ALL of the other drives in some way. Never seen so many arm tackles in my life.
Patterson is going to give us fits scrambling and will have a field day with our secondary.

mmm maybe but he's vulnerable to pressure with that young O line. I don't see UM stopping Fitz much either. May come down to one turnover or a special teams play.

Could possibly be the first and last bowl game for Patterson to play in with the Rebels.

Want to become rich?
Whatever the over is.....take it. Defense is certainly optional in this one.

Stang,
Happy Bulldog and Troubadour fan here. I actually hung out with Evan Felker one night/morning in Steamboat Springs...talk about wild
So, do they keep Shea Patterson around a few years, or do they reach out to another troubled QB that's been kicked out of another program to replace him?

The line I quoted is most appropriate, don't you think?
I think Shea will stick around and see just as little improvement/development as any of their last few QB's. He's good enough to be dangerous by just learning from additonal game time, so the lack of competent coaching won't hurt him as much.

If Shea Patterson had any since he would transfer to MSU to get coached by one hell of a QB coach!!
