Congratulations, Micah, and I hope you have much success. I'll be looking forward to when you open a clinic in Brandon! Madison isn't too far to drive though. I've driven farther to country doctors in Puckett and Raleigh for good service and short wait times.

When will the satellite clinic in Greenwood or Cruger/Tchula be up and running?

Will you accept insurance or is this a private service that you pay a fee every month with a yearly contract??? If so what are the monthly costs a etc. Sounds like a great model for those that can afford it and a win for you to be in an area with many that can afford it. I know the hormone replacement clinics are booming and dermatology as well. Telemedicine will soon be the norm but many love the fact of actually seeing a doctor and speaking to them and with little wait time you have a model for much success.

Congrats! That is a great business model. More than one older doc has told me that insurance was the downfall of modern medicine.

Sounds like the service can bypass Obama care / traditional insurance.

Monthly fees and limited patients. Sounds like a healthcare membership?

Sounds great!!

If it's the model it sounds like,he is getting ahead of obamacare. He isn't depending on any reimbursement from Obama and with good reason. Family health care and reimbursement rates are getting to the point most have to deny Medicaid and some crappy insurance because of reimbursement and actually depending on the government to pay in a timely manner.

Thus you avoid that by catering to paying clients that can afford great healthcare. Exactly what they do in countries with socialized medicine. The ones that can afford it get the best treatment others get in line and wait on the government to tell them when they can see a doctor.

Look at the TRT clinics. They are a gold mine right now and not covered by insurance. Hope Micah does well.

What Obama is pushing is demanding doctors see anyone etcetc and deny nobody. He can't do that in a free market therefore there is no incentive to see 100 people that you may or may not be paid for. What most don't understand is when we go to socialized medicine you will have NO rights if you can't afford it. It will be healthcare for the rich. You can't have everything for free and get great service. There will be no more running to your local ER because you don't wanna pay a copay at your local doctor. You will be screened and if it ain't a true emergency you get in line and go when the government can fit you in. See how well they run the VA????? Just imagine that on a MUCH larger scale and that is what we will have soon if hillary has her way.
