How to Fix America

Saw this question on another forum, and with Independence Day upon us, I thought it a good discussion.
If you could make a team of leaders (past, present, etc) to fix your country's problems, who would you pick and why?
I'll start it off. Here's my list. And the reason is because they've actually done it.
President - Ronald Reagan
Vice President - Benjamin Franklin
Secretary of State - Dwight D. Eisenhower
Secretary of the Treasury - Milton Freedman
Secretary of Defense - Leon Panetta
Attorney General - William F. Buckley
Secretary of the Interior - Theodore Roosevelt
Secretary of Agriculture - Thomas Jefferson
Secretary of Labor - Donald Trump
Secretary of Health and Human Services - Florence Nightingale
Secretary of Housing and Urban Development - Robert E. Lee
Secretary of Transportation - Andrew Carnegie
Secretary of Energy - Albert Einstein
Secretary of Education - Fredrick Douglass
Secretary of Commerce - Mitt Romney
Secretary of Veterans Affairs - George S. Patton
Secretary of Homeland Security - Audie Murphy
White House Chief of Staff - William T. Sherman
Now THAT is one helluvan Executive Branch, if I do say so myself. It would also raise the standard for the other two branches to try and meet.
Let the barbed comments begin!
