Well I wanted to thank everyone for their input regarding my dog. She is up and fine as of today. We started doing some light workouts this past weekend and she's doing great. For peace of mind I had her X-rayed and she got an excellant rating on her hips. Doc confirmed it was just a pulled muscle. She's sleeping at my feet right now snoring her butt off. She also realized the attention she gets when she's sick increases greatly, I truly believe she's trying to milk this for all it's worth.

good to hear good news about your dog. even with out hip displaysa it seems that almost all labs will strain their hips at one time or another.. mine always did... either jumping in or out of the truck or something.... good luck to both of you.... with this rainy weather it is a good time to snore...haha...
