geothermal units

Plan on building in the near future and looking at the geothermal units, anybody have any experience with them and care to share, good or bad… I will be going down with a drill as opposed to putting it in a lake..

I dont have experience with them but have talked to a few homeowners around Gwood that have put them in. Harold Floyd Heat and Air in Greenwood has put in many over the past several years.
Other than the initial expense of drilling, everyone says they are great, low monthly bills while frosting the windows in the Ms delta heat.
