Well we made a 2,000 mile move

I worked an 8 week job in Idaho over the summer/fall timeframe and really enjoyed it so when the company called and asked if I would fly up and consider a full time position in December I talked with my wife and we made the flight up to Twin Falls Idaho to hear them out.
Everything went great and I accepted the ER director job here and so far we are loving it. Beautiful country and for the most part really good people. The duck hunting is pretty solid also.

St Lukes has 8 facilities across the state. I'm sure someone has a need for one. I personally don't have a vacancy, I'd be happy to put you in touch with a provider recruiter with HR though.

I know a canyon up there that is slap full of elk I saw 9 big shooter bulls one afternoon there and well over 100 elk.
its right off the big lost river and I can give you the coordinates if you like - its public land.
My brother took a nice 6x6 there that year with archery gear.
