My collar is not charging it had been sitting up for almost a year sense its last charge. If someone would shoot me a pm I would like to ask a few questions.

I know some of the older models had to be charged at least once a month. I ran into this issue with one of mine back when I returned from a tour overseas in 2005. I returned, put collar on charge, and nothing. I doubt this is the issue with yours though. I ended up trading the collar for a new collar with Collar Clinic. I would also give them a call.
