Ask DS tilting bunks

What's the best way to add some tilting bunks to a boat with fixed bunk boards? Trying to launch and unload at places with no ramp. There are like 2 and 3 foot drop offs from the bank on the rivers and creeks so backing the wheels off isn't really a good idea. I was thinking just putting two small pivoting bunks on the very end. Just nough to get the front onto the fixed bunks and winch it on from there. It's an aluminum jon boat so the weight isn't a problem.
