Today America was caught sleeping!

Dec 7th 1941, America was caught sleeping and 3,500 American service men and women were killed or wounded.. On Sept 11, 2011 American was again caught sleeping and almost 3,000 civilians were killed. On April 15th 2013 American were again asleep when two bombs killed 3 and injured 264 in Boston. Just 5 days ago we were asleep again when 35 people were killed or injured in San Bernardino.
After the Pearl Harbor Attack, General Yamamoto said "I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve."
Let us sleep no more! We must be aware of the threats around us, we must be vigilant in our every day life. If you choose to carry a firearm for protection then you must train and practice, if you choose not to carry a firearm then consider some non lethal alternatives such as pepper spray, or it may be as simple as if you see something, say something.
Yamamoto was correct when he said he was afraid they had awoken and sleeping giant!! That Giant turned out to be The Greatest Generation, where every single American, no matter how small it may have seemed, had a part in defeating the enemy.
Let us again be that united in fighting this new threat!!!
