Got drawn for a hunt next week at Mahannah and I have never been. what's the closes place to stay as far as a hotel goes. I would like a single story motel since I will have my dog with me and Ranger, so no casino's

Battlefield Inn is dog friendly

I second The Battlefield Inn. Best for the price and I've stayed there several times. Not five star but was clean. Get a room on the left side (as you face the front door). There is a good place to air your dog just across the parking lot there. Good luck.
