Diseased Ducks?
This past weekend, we cleaned several ducks that had, what appeared to be worm-like larvae in their breasts. I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced the same thing, and what it was. Also, is it ok to eat these ducks??

It's commonly called "rice breast", I can't spell it but the scientific name is Sarcocystis. From my understanding it is perfectly edible when you cook it through, but I don't do it.
