Hate to see it but it was his time. Can't blame him for wanting to leave for a HC job. Have heard that they have been in contact with the Cal State Fullerton pitching coach Jason Dietrich (sp?) or that he was on the way to interview today. Based on what I read, he seems to be a solid coach. His teams have put up some great numbers over the past few years. Not sure who all they play but numbers looked good.

Hate to see Butch go but wish him well. Cohen comes right back with a very impressive hire. Dietrich is HC material right now.

Clarion Ledger and others are saying they are supposed to announce Wes Johnson from Dallas Baptist as the new pitching coach tomorrow.

Story I heard was his old lady was the one with culture shock. Too bad for him if his balls stay zipped in the side pocket of her purse. I think it worked out in our favor.
