it is getting pretty sketchy!!! Let russia whip up on ISIS for a while,maybe we should stand back and watch a while??? But Obammy is gonna screw this up somehow

Only thing is they are not there to crush Isis they are there to quash the rebellion against Assad's regime and the us is backing the rebels. I would bet we have boots on the ground in Syria.

Russia spent 1979 till 1989 in Afghanistan and finally gave up. Questioned what we were gonna accomplish with all our human rights compared to Russia traditional ruthlessness and they failed. Gonna have to just nuke da whole place....

boots have been in-country for quite some time. in fact, they've been in and out of syria since the months prior to 9/11. most likely, further back than that. there's a difference b/t being there to do work and wreck house and being there hamstrung by uber restrictive ROEs.
