Ugly night of football
Man. That was hard to watch. Rebs were flat, Vandy did what they always do when we are favored - played their tails off. Saw a lot of laundry from the refs both ways. But SEC wins are cool.

I think it gets harder than normal to get motivated for a lesser opponent when you come off a big win. That coupled with a high ranking, your gonna get your opponents best shot every game. I still believe that no one in the West will go undefeated but I think OM has the best shot at it, but we'll see.

Re: Ugly night of football
I thought Ole Miss looked much like they did last week but with out all the turnovers and fluke plays. OL has issues, no consistent run game, defense does not have great depth, kelly is talented but is a gun slinger and it will come back to hurt them. Ole Miss has a good team but they are not what people think they are. They are definelty not a top 5 team. Right now I would say Georgia would be the closet thing in the SEC for a top 5 team. We will know more about them after this weekend. I think it is just a down year in the SEC, they have just lost too much talent to the draft the past few years.

I think the league is down too. I've been saying it since week one and I've been blasted for it, but it's true IMO.mshunter77 wrote:I thought Ole Miss looked much like they did last week but with out all the turnovers and fluke plays. No argument from me. I hate it when we are ranked. Kelly is not bad for his first season in the league, he just needs consistency. OL stability will help that. I was pleased that Walton was finally able to develop some decent yardage but it mostly came late in the game. I was not happy with effort from D other than Denzel and I though AJ Moore stepped up and played well in Conner's place.mshunter77 wrote:I thought Ole Miss looked much like they did last week but with out all the turnovers and fluke plays. Yeah, that defense got pushed hard again and could still be tired heading into the swamp. Every team has some major issues. Davidees I would have disagreed with you at the start of the year but you are right. Some teams may improve by years end as young players get more experience.

I went to game first one in years and I don't know all the players by name but it seemed to me the studs would not come in on defense till 3rd down and sometimes not even then.

What worries me is - what kind of search do you have to key in to come up with that? Yeeshmlj300 wrote:^^^this is definitely a Mississippi fan^^^camlock wrote:
